Tony Sanchez

Coach

I grew up in Texas and moved to Tacoma with my wife at the end of 2025 to start a new chapter. As a kid, I had a heart condition that kept me out of sports for a long time. Once I was finally old enough for surgery and cleared to compete, I jumped in with both feet. I ran track and qualified for state in the 4×4, played football, ran cross country, and skated whenever I could. Being active and capable quickly became part of my identity, and it’s something I’ve carried with me ever since.

I earned my Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi in 2021 and went straight into working with the United States Air Force Special Warfare pipeline. My role focused on using performance technology and data to help candidates and trainees improve—not just through training and recovery, but by addressing the mental and behavioral side of daily life as well. That experience helped shape my belief in taking a truly holistic approach to performance and personal growth.

As a coach and practitioner, my goal is simple: help people get more out of themselves in whatever way I can. I’m passionate about supporting others as they build strength, confidence, resilience, and long-term health both inside and outside the gym.

Stay Rooted,
Coach Tony
