I was born in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, and Washington has been my home for nearly 10 years. Outside of the gym, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking with my family and trying new foods. Staying active has always been a big part of my life. I spent much of my early years training in martial arts, and in middle school I discovered CrossFit. Shortly after the first CrossFit gym opened in my city, I signed up and quickly found a community that inspired me. I met incredible people, participated in events, and gained my first experience coaching CrossFit classes. That environment left a lasting impression on me and helped shape the way I approach fitness and community today.
Even during times away from CrossFit gyms, I continued following the same philosophy by maintaining the skills I had developed and constantly working to improve across a wide range of physical abilities. My passion for health and fitness eventually led me to become a professional trainer. I earned my certification through the American Council on Exercise and am currently working toward becoming a certified yoga instructor. Now that I’m here at Town, I’m excited to be part of this community and help others grow stronger, improve their fitness, and build confidence through the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years.
Stay Rooted,
