I grew up immersed in sports and developed a lifelong passion for movement and competition. In my 20s, I fell in love with cycling and spent seven winters working as a bike messenger in Seattle—an experience that built grit, resilience, and a deep appreciation for fitness with purpose.
In 2012, while preparing for a career in the fire service, I found CrossFit as a means to train for the physical demands of the job. What started as a tool quickly became a passion. I was drawn not only to the effectiveness of the training but also to the powerful sense of community it creates. I still remember the nerves I felt walking into my first CrossFit class—and the immediate encouragement and welcome I received. As a coach, I strive to offer that same experience to every new member who walks through our doors.
My goal is to help athletes—whether brand new or experienced—grow in confidence, strength, and overall well-being. I believe in having fun, pushing hard, and celebrating progress along the way. You’ll usually catch me enjoying burpees, the snatch, and deadlifts… and I’ll always be right there suffering (and smiling) beside you.
